Accoladi is built and operated by music teachers, former college deans, fine arts parents, and professional musicians. Founder Dr. Randall A. Bayne, a lifelong advocate and mentor for expanding performing arts students' access to opportunities in higher education, wanted to share his extensive experience with the college process to help a myriad of students achieve their desires and possibilities.
